because the mind, body, spirit, and environment
are in constant relationship
with each other.

Just as food can be medicine or personal poison,
so can a relationship, a job, the products we use at home, our mindset,
how we spend our time,
and so on.

In the analogy of a solar system, food will be the sun.
All of the other aspects of your life are the
orbiting planets & celestial bodies.
They all have influence on each other.

I cannot offer counselling or therapy,
but what I can offer is insight into
lifestyle & nourishment,
and tools to help
bring you home
to yourself.
Your body has the innate wisdom on how to heal itself.
It just needs the right environment.​

Digestion & Gut Health
Healing the gut — and optimizing digestion — is the key! The gut affects everything in the body, including immunity, mood, energy, skin, intuition, and so much more. If you aren't digesting your food properly, it runs you down and makes you feel down, and we want you to feel great.
Micros & Macros
Vitamins, minerals, antioxidants. Protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber. Water, oxygen. Warmth, safety, love. All the essentials we need for Life. Sometimes we have too little or too much of one and need to rebalance.
Detoxification
Our bodies detox themselves everyday, but sometimes they need extra support. Before we chat about supplements, we'll look at how to support your body's natural daily mechanisms of elimination. Then we can get to the fancy stuff.

What is my focus?

Nervous System & Brain Health
We are alive and electric, endlessly pulsating signals between each cell and organ in our body. We send & receive signals from the world around us, too. They tell our organs and muscles to function in certain ways. These signals can help design our thoughts & emotions, and vice versa. Ponder your coordination, response, heartbeat, and digestion; your sense of calm, your fight, flight, freeze, and fawn.
Adrenals, Fatigue, & Burnout
Our adrenals are essential for our ability to get up and face the world everyday, and they help determine how easy it is to rest. When we're starting to feel like we can't do that anymore, even if it's just a whisper, that's a critical sign to slow down and offer our body more support. Consider this a longevity protocol.
Sleep
Hopefully, you spend about one third of your life sleeping. If not, it could be due to all of the other areas mentioned here. Like the Gut & the Nervous System, sleep is critical for every area of your life & body. Optimizing it is another priority on our list of steps to your wellbeing.
